The owner of this horn found a more creative way to display their conquest: Instead of nailing this mouflon horn onto a plaque, he or she crafted a fish from it – a symbol of Christianity. Before being reborn into a fish, this mouflon probably lived an authentic life in the staggering heights of the Austrian Alpes, along with its 7.500 species members.
