Most people take holiday photos to remember where they have been. But this family took holiday photos to remember where they pitched their tent. The album, filled with photos of the tent in question in Cologne, Steinbach, and Völklingen, makes you wonder who owned both the tent and the album: did they run a business in tents? Or were they simply camera-shy and did they project their passion for photography on an object that could never object? We will never know. But what we do know is that they had a keen eye for beautiful views to enjoy from their sleeping bags.
