Considering the many modes of transportation used by the Dutch and the high population density, it is important children are taught to be confident and safe in traffic. These cards taught children to recognise and the meaning of traffic signs they may encounter as they cycle through life. Including perforations at the top and bottom, allowing the cards to be worn whilst navigating.
